Returns and Refunds Policy

Duration: Our return policy is valid for 100 days. Unfortunately, if more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Return Process: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without first emailing us at support@goatmoto.com to receive return instructions.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 100 days after delivery.

Refund Procedure: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goatmoto.com.

Sale Items: Refunds for eligible sale items will be based on the sale price at the time of purchase.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send us an email at support@goatmoto.com.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

15-Day No-Questions-Asked Free Return and Exchange Policy

In addition to our standard return policy, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked free return and exchange policy. This means you can return or exchange your item within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
